Spring is just around the corner!

And lots of things are happening in our community: concerts, athletic events, fundraising, political campaigning, volunteer opportunities...

What are YOU choosing to do this spring to make our district better?

Amazing to me, how some people don't seem to notice (or choose to ignore) the many positive, encouraging comments here. Looking back over just this thread, I see support for an aunt who is advocating for her nephew as well as compliments for an individual student who posted here (Tanner). I also see positive mentions of a pancake breakfast, Communities in Schools spaghetti dinner, and band concert.

Yes, there's plenty of criticism and negativity, too--but we don't live in a Pollyanna world. And if you don't agree with something you see here, you can always jump in and speak your piece (without obscenities, of course!)

That's funny to me - I don't choose to ignore the FEW positive comments, I just wish those FEW positive comments started the tidal wave of positiveness like the negative comments do -

But they don't, one comment and it's over. I know the reason though - NONE OF YOU DO OR GO ANYWHERE so you don't know the positive things and it isn't as much fun to talk about them.
