Matt tipped his hat when he commented "He has too much to do" who else would say this but you Matt? Also Matt how many times have you initiated projects and left people in the lurch? You are not a do-er , you contract out jobs. You get paid plenty, but have no follow up. Sad.

State law allows for interim superintendents to be in place for a maximum 18 mos. Our interims will appoint individuals over curriculum , secondary, hr and other critical administrative positions. Once a permanent super is in place can he or she make any changes. A leader should have some autonomy to construct a team of his or her liking. About that time the CBA with the teachers will expire an the battle can start again. Someone will take the job but under the scenario I described that persons motive will be questionable ; Money
