Lisa got the job because she was most qualified and Bilingual.
The fact is Central Office Directors and Assistant Superintendents do make over $55 k to $60k. Joan K managed to get classified that way as well. It has nothing to do with years. Again it is the worker bee that gets burned. The Class A secretaries do all the work and only make $25k because of ten month contracts. The pay is $16 per hour to start as Class A.

Actually, it wasn't necessarily about what K wanted, but what the parents, students, and boosters wanted. Several of them continued to complain about the "new improved" EHS band program to the board, superintendent, principals, etc. for at least a couple of years after the "improvement". K himself was probably just grateful he had a job (thanks to tenure)--but he did take a $20,000 pay cut just in time for his kids starting college.
As somebody said previously, this is water under the bridge. At this point, it is what it is and useless to discuss changing.
Speaking of the EHS band, can't wait to see them perform at the first home football game on Sept. 14th! The WAHS band's halftime show was outstanding last Friday--and our band will have had 3 more weeks to practice! Maybe our Community Relations Director will put a video up for the whole community to appreciate!
The majority of people who post on this blog do not know proper English, spelling or grammar.
They also do not know how to tell the truth and to distinguish truth from opinion. This blog is nothing more than a place for people with nothing else in their lives to critisize those who have lives.
Therefore, we can ignore this blog because 95% of it is inaccurate.
Whenever one is in a spiritual battle its always difficult to discern who the individual pawns are but its no mistaken on who the general is. I say that only to make clear that for anyone who may think that speaking lies and saying mean things affects how my family and I live you are wasting you r time and energy. I am more concerned about how I am viewed by God than Any man. If i make your stomach churn when you see me or hear my opinions then i suggest you move right to forgiveness or else you will develop health problems. No man has the ability to affect my eternal soul and this season and place is temporary. I apologize if that water is too deep My daughter is a reflection of her mother and I with wisdom we pour into her daily I feel really good. Her socialization helps to mold her as well but we do battle daily for control. My daughter has enjoyed her time at EHS unaffected by this foolishness even though I have shared with her somethings that have been said about both of us. We laugh and tell a few jokes and forgive so we dont become vengeful.
Please quit lying on Ms. Adams. She has never and never will deal with my childs schedule or teachers. While Miss Johnson and i have different styles of management I know that with regards to the children of the district she has their best interests at hand Therefore she has my support. I get no favors from her or anyone else .Let me be clear that if my daughters schedule needs changing I have and will get involved because as a parent that is my job. I believe that certain individuals have not earned their keep and it is business, its not personal. I dont have to go after anyone because somethings take care of themselves. Got to go ive got a 8:20 tee
Our defining of proper English and spelling has long gone away with the text message era. Blogs follow a format of the Urban Dictionary.
They are unfair and hurtful anyone can say anything.
Rayanne should know better and not allow children to be attacked. Since he edits it she should refrain from the personal attacks and if she truly wants what is best for the district stick to district business.

And Mr. Hull, I hope your golf game went well. You are one of my favorite School Board members, because you stand up and vote your conscience instead of being a rubber stamp. And you've done a grEAt job on the Buildings and Grounds committee!
Being on the board is a political position not like running for President or something like that but it is a voted on one. You will be talked about by people who don't think you are doing right, giving favors or how you act that is part of it and if you can't take it don't run. But is you think you would like to be on a board don't make what people say bother you unless you know what they say is true. Some of the board members don't think that the rules apply to them you can tell how they still let things slip by them.
There was a year or so ago children being attacked but no one said anything them just here recently when someone commented on what they thought some board member's where doing to help there students out.
The workers in the district are going to gossip and at least when they post here you can see what they are saying and who they are talking about can post and prove them wrong.
On Openlineblog Kifowit gets attacked a lot and people have said terrible things about her and she doesn't go on there and cry about it. I'm not saying it is right but there are going to be blogs and if you don't like it don't read them.
Mr Hulls daughter, along with Adams is always attacked. Ms Lewis had every right to ask for a schedule change and not have it broadcasted. Her grandson has also been attacked. Now Ms Gonzalez.
If you cant see this you must it blind.
I chalk it up to a few bad apples who are angry that they are being held accountable.
I also know a few hurtful words will not stop the Board from doing the right thing for the children. Everyone should wish they have could have the morals and ethics are Board members do.
Wow! To think that many of you all are in professional fields, I see so many grammar, spelling and punctuation errors! No wonder our school district is so messed up!
Are any other educators voting down the new contract? It does nothing to address the vast difference in compensation between EA and other surrounding districts?

The Boards names had FOIA requests filed Johnson and Hull never turned in anything and have received zero. The others less than $100.
